Ah yes, you finally found that perfect bathing suit to wear and you realize there’s no way your going out in public with it on. Oh, if only you could walk around so that people could only see the front of your body, and not that dimply looking backside. Unfortunately, many of us have spent thousands of dollars trying to get rid of cellulite, and we still have it. Many Cosmetic companies will tell you that this cream or that rub will get rid of those ugly lumps. What they don’t tell you is that it isn’t the cream or rub, or whatever it is they are trying to sell you, that is making your skin look smoother. Instead, it’s the action of you rubbing the cellulite that increases blood flood, temporarily plumping up your skin around the cellulite. And, like I said, it’s temporary. So, you can save your money, and just use plain old lotion and rub the cellulite to accomplish the same results which isn’t much. Cellulite is a fancy name for deposits of fat that are pushing up against the connective tissue under a person’s skin.
Many people have even tried liposuction to get rid of cellulite, and unfortunately, it’s not leaving at least not permanently, but people still preferring it because they are concerned about, coolsculpting is effective on arms? Or not, which leaves a big question in terms of degeneration of fat. Many doctors will tell you that liposuction is not an effective treatment for cellulite, as liposuction is used to remove deep fat, not the fat close to the skin where cellulite lies. Meso therapy injections are also quite expensive and are usually also ineffective as their effects are also temporary. There are no miracle cures, treatments, medicines, creams, or serums that can get rid of cellulite, no matter how much they cost. Here are the reasons why.
There are many factors that cause some of us to have cellulite and not others. Some of these factors include your genes, gender, the amount of fat on your body, age, and the thickness of your skin. As you can see, there isn’t anything here that the cosmetic companies are trying to sell to you that will change the factors. Instead there is something that may help, but probably won’t get rid of all of your cellulite. That is dieting and exercise.
The less fat on your body means less fat that can be stored into these fat deposits. By reducing your body fat, you can reduce some of your cellulite. Aerobic exercise and strength training work really well when done together. They will help you to burn fat and also help you keep from putting on any more fat. For that stubborn cellulite that just doesn’t seem to want to go away no matter what you do, you can try to conceal it by getting a tan. Sunless tanning lotions are one thing that can help to reduce the appearance of cellulite, but only because cellulite isn’t as noticeable on darker skin, not because the lotion or cream has any effect. The lighter your skin color, the more noticeable cellulite becomes.
